This bedtime blend is is made up of Lavender, renowned for its sleep inducing properties, and other oils carefully chosen by expert aromatherapists.

Essential Oils Include: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil , Thymus Mastichina Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil , Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil , Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Oil , Styrax Benzoin Gum, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil , Nardostachys Jatamansi (Spikenard) Oil.

To help get better quality sleep try adding a few drops to running bath water for a slumberous pre-bedtime soak, or use as a pre-bedtime massage oil, blend 5 drops of Goodnight with 10ml of carrier oil.

For a bedtime atmosphere put a few drops on a tissue and leave near your pillow or place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) and then into one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
