About Recovery Remedy
Recovery Remedy is Ainsworths original version of Dr Edward Bach's five flower combination for the relief of anxiety and stress. Containing flower essences made from Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem.
It was Dr Bach's lifelong assistant Nora Weeks who first introduced our Ainsworths founder John Ainsworth to the flower remedies. She visited him in London in the late 1950s and persuaded him to provide stock bottles of essences made by her and Dr Bach to the public. John and his colleague Audrey Ulbricht have pleasant memories of Nora. So much so that it was Audrey who instigated the manufacture of Ainsworths Bach Flower Remedies. Audrey still collects flowers and prepares essences.
