Delivery Information & Terms
We offer FREE shipping for ll UK orders. We use a variety of methods to deliver your order. Small parcels and inexpensive items are sent by Royal Mail 48 Service.
Please note that some parcels are too large to be posted through your letterbox and if you are not home at the time, may be left with a neighbour or taken back to the post office for you to collect, in which case your Postman should leave a card. Parcels sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, and parcels sent by Courier will require a signature when delivered. A card should be left by Royal Mail or the Courier to inform you of an attempt to deliver if you are not at home.
We welcome our overseas customers and are happy to arrange for delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom. We send our international orders by DHL Express or DHL Global Mail. The following delivery charges will apply to delivery of orders to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom may take up to seven working days from the date of despatch. In addition to the standard delivery charges listed below, additional delivery charges may apply to orders that weigh more than 2kg. If this applies to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the additional cost. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, mOrganics beauty will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, mOrganics beauty will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
Order Processing & Delivery Information
Please allow up to five working days for delivery of your order to a UK address (please see International Delivery for delivery to an address outside of the UK). Where possible we aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 24 hours (on week days and subject to stock availability). If there is to be any considerable delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the email address you provided when placing your order is incorrect, if your email is down, or for late delivery due to bank or public holidays or postal strikes. During the check-out procedure you must specify a legitimate delivery address, and we will arrange for delivery of your order to the address specified by you during the check-out procedure. For security purposes and fraud prevention during the check-out procedure the name and address specified on your first order must be the name and address of the card holder. We cannot be held responsible if your order is cancelled or delivery of your order delayed due to this information being incorrect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not supply adequate delivery instructions or if delivery is refused, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund you the price of the products, but the delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.
If you have any problems with your delivery or the products you have received, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.
