· We offer free shipping for UK Mainland buyers.
· We ship internationally where we can via Tracked International Mail. We will select the best method for your destination. We ship Monday through Friday, within same business day of your cleared payment.
· Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs and 20% handling fee for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we have made an error in the listing or the item is defective.
· We do not accept liability for custom duty or import tax.
· We could offer refund, and refund request is available only for those notify us within a week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
· All messages will be answered within one business day. If you do not hear from us, please kindly re-send your message.
· We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
· Due to the hygienic nature of the products, we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.
· Some orders may be split into several packages where necessary so don't panic if you get one parcel first. They can arrive on separate days even though you ordered them and we sent them on the same day!

Item not received or damaged

UK Buyers - Post Office Carding: Postman may not leave cards if you are out, they should but sometimes do not. Either that or the cards get mixed with flyers and leaflets and are not found. The Post Office Sorting Offices will rarely confirm that they have a package waiting for you by telephone and will only normally confirm in person if you present ID with the same address - this is to protect your mail and prevent fraud.
