Selenacare sustainable panty liner is simply inserted into the pants and closed with a press-stud - no sticking required! The elastic band with press-stud allows barely noticeable and flexible use in almost all pants. It absorbs 5ml of liquid and provides a pleasant feeling of freshness in everyday life.

So if you are looking for reliable protection in everyday life, you can rely on the reusable panty liner. It is ideal for discharge or light menstruation. It is also recommended as additional protection to the menstrual cup or tampon, but for medium to heavy menstrual days we recommend using the SELENACARE Washable Pad with 10-25ml absorbency as an add-on.
Rinse, wash and reuse
After wearing the panty liner, rinse it out with cold water and then wash it in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes. Ideally, you should use a small wash bag to protect the panty liner from damage from other laundry, such as zips. Be sure not to use bleach or fabric softener to avoid damaging the absorbency and antimicrobial properties of the material. Vinegar is also not recommended for cleaning.
