How to use:
Body: Massage a generous amount of oil into the skin. Work into the skin so the oil absorbs. Use daily to help maintain soft and supple skin.
Hair: Massage oil into the hair. Leave in for 30 minutes and shampoo out. Usually, a conditioner is not necessary after deep conditioning with Shea Nilotik' Oil. Oily hair types may leave the oil in the hair. Apply oil to 1/2 inch bottom of hair ends and leave in to help decrease splitting.
Bath: Add 1-2 squirts of oil to a warm bath. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your body in a quick shower. Pat dry skin. Doing so will help leave skin incredibly soft without having to massage it into the skin.
